Terms and Conditions

  • Introduction
    • Throughout this document, ‘We’ and ‘Our’ refers to Little Heads, its Staff and Contractors, ‘You’ and
      ‘Your’ refers to the client either reading this or receiving our services and ‘Student’ refers to a
      registered student member of Little Heads.
    • This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the services provided to you by our company and
      for the use of this website.
    • By confirming that you have read these terms and conditions and continuing to register as a student
      member of Little Heads you are notifying your acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreeing
      that they shall be binding in all circumstances and shall apply to your use of the service provided by
      Little Heads Pty. Ltd. and littleheads.com.au.
  • Booking a Tutor
    • Every effort will be made to organise a tutor to suit your particular circumstances, however there is no
      guarantee that a tutor will be able to be organised in your area.
  • Tuition Sessions
    • All of our tutors and employees go through working with children checks. We accept no liability for any
      grievances that occur in a tuition session.
    • If you wish to cancel a tuition lesson, you must notify us with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you
      will be charged a 50% cancelation fee.
  • Student Login
    • As a student, you will be given login details to access online E-learning for K6 Kids. You are not permitted
      to pass student login details onto any person.
    • Your personal information will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • It is your responsibility to keep any passwords given to you by Little Heads secure.
  • E-learning for K6 Kids
    • Online material remains the property of Little Heads. As a student, you are not entitled to print or
      share the material with any other persons.
    • We accept no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the material.
    • We do not warrant that the material will be free from infection by viruses or anything else with
      contaminating or destructive properties or that the online service will be free from attack.
    • No refunds will be issued on Memberships.
  • Payment
    • All invoices must be settled by the due date to avoid a 20% late fee.
    • Online prepaid purchases, such as Membership made via PayPal Pty. Ltd. are in accordance with the
      terms and conditions of PayPal Pty. Ltd.
    • Cash is not an acceptable payment method.
  • Changes to Terms
    • We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The current terms and conditions will always
      be displayed on this website. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these terms.
